HOW DO I RESERVE SEATS FOR A SHOW? We always announce upcoming shows in an email. Simply email your request to us at firstname.lastname@example.org – and we will reply to you confirming your reservation. If your request comes in after we have reached capacity your name will be added to our waiting list.
HOW DOES THE WAITING LIST WORK? Our current indoor seating capacity is 25. Our current outdoor seating capacity is 40. If you request seats after we have reached capacity for a particular show your name goes on our waiting list in the order in which it was received. If an active seat reservation becomes available due to a cancellation we immediately contact the first person on the waiting list and let them know. Then we simply move down the list to keep our seats full. So… if you ever receive a message that a show is full, don’t give up! Every effort will be made on our part to contact waiting list members in a timely fashion.
NOTE: All shows are booked based on our indoor capacity limit of 25 seats. If the weather is forecast to be conducive to an outdoor event we spring into action and contact waiting list members ASAP. Outdoor events are rare because we want everything to be perfect; good lighting, no bugs, no noisy lawn care nearby, no wind, not too hot, not too cold… you get the picture. Ultimately we want to provide a wonderful listening experience for you that is free from distractions.
